Michelle

Resilience practitioner and researcher, wellbeing consultant and coach, Michelle combines human-centred practice with evidence-based approaches. 

With a background in social work and facilitation, she holds an MSc in Integrative Health and Wellbeing and is completing a PhD on resilience.

Michelle draws on mind–body practices, nature and social connection to strengthen resilience and wellbeing. She is deeply committed to the charity sector, working with refugees, asylum seekers and education initiatives.

James

James has over two decades of experience hosting groups in the Scottish Highlands, where in 2019 he co-founded Coillemore House.

The Highlands is a place where people can discover new energy, freedom and purpose. James’ mission is to enable others to reconnect with Nature, explore their potential and have a truly memorable experience 

Equally at home on a windswept mountain, kayaking or mixing up an Old Fashioned at the bar, James has climbed across Scotland, Spain, the Alps and Africa, and run 3 marathons, raising over £25,000 for charity. He is also a clean energy analyst, commentator and investor.
